Story of life in the Aztecs Empire

Dear Journal,
      Today was weird because when I woke up this morning. My father the Shift of the Aztecs told me that, " We have gods that came to visited us." But then I was confused and said, "How do you now their are gods?" "I just now sweet heart." Then my father left my room . 
   
       When I went with my parents to welcome the new visitors. They looked all pale and they had horses. But then I saw a man that was very tall and I could tell that he was leaders of is 160 people that was with him. My father welcomed them into are kingdom and agreed to have dinner with them. So my father left the village with 5,000 soldiers but they didn't have any weapons with them.
  
        It was a long time that my father didn't come back home so I got very worried about the dinner with the weird visitors. But then something bad happen. That one of the soldiers that survived though a treble fight with the visitors and my father. He told me that the visitors planned on forcing us to study their god and my father said no. They attracted him and his army. When i found this out i went to tell my mom she was very heart broken. So people in the village started to get worried about what well happen to them. 


   Then one day are water supple was shut down. Very one wonder what was happening to are village or our empire. Then people in are village started to die of a diseased that the visitors had brought with them when they left their homes and that people die of no food and water. This is so tribe that this had to happen to my  village.

   I'm at the age of 14, so me and my family is getting ready for the youth  marriage. In my Empire you have to be  14 to get married for a girl and for a boy at the age of 20. I really didn't chose my husband but it was negotiated by the village  or by the matchmaker. The groom family had to agree on the food and the clothes would be given to my family.But they have to agree the amount the years my husband would work for my family.
  The villagers built a hut for me and my husband that was behind my family. When the house was finish me and my husband move in their. Then we put on the clothing woven for the occasion. After that the priest came and blessed are marriage. Then we celebrated. 

The Fall of the Inca Empire

         The Inca empire had a great empire. But the Inca expanded their empire mostly like the Aztecs. They wanted more area of land so they went and ask other tribes to join them. But when other said no to the Inca's offer. The Inca over came them. During that time the Inca believes that they had the whole world. Until Francisco Pizarro came with his 160 friends. Francisco was friends with Cortes and they both wanted gold. Then when they came to the Inca's, they came as that they wanted to be friends. Then the chief had a dinner with Francisco  and the chief brought 5,000 of his people with out weapons. So the Francisco and his people attack the Incas and they capture the Inca Chief.

Aztecs the use of prisoners

       The Aztecs treated their prisoners. By that they where able to pay off their debts or they get sacrifice for the god that they believed in that need human blood and human hearts. That they sacrifice of lot of their slaves like every year. To become a slave you had to break the rulers or fight against the Aztec. But when it came to the sacrifice they did it on the Temple of Blood. Where the temple had a lot of blood stains.

Today prisoners have it better then how the Aztecs slaves or prisoners had it. Because they didn't get sacrifice. But today prisoners are able to have a better life even if they are in prison. They are able to work out. In some states the prisoners doesn't do much because they just stay there and doesn't do much. But in different states they have to work. But they get paid for the amount of hours they work on a job. But the prisoners are able to learn things and able to spend their time in jail getting money for working.

When the Aztecs saw the Spanish they though they where gods. The Aztecs well come the Spanish into their empire. That's when the Aztec emperor found out that the Spanish wasn't gods. That started the fight against  the Spanish and the Aztecs. But some of the Aztecs had already have died because when the Spanish came they brought their germs. But then the 600 Spanish soliders broke where the bridge that bought the water to the Aztecs city. So 6,000 Azects died. The Spanish took over the Aztecs empire.

The Fall of the Aztecs Empire

The Aztecs fell because when the Spanish came the Aztecs thought they where gods. But when they soon found out they wasn't gods. That started the fight against the Aztecs and the Spanish. But the Aztecs had lost a lot of people because they died from the germs that the Spanish bought with them. But then the Moctezuma was killed. So the Spanish thought lets take all over the Aztecs empire. So the 6,000 Aztecs died because the Spanish cut off their water source. 




If this happen to Los Angeles I would think we would be okay, because we have a lot of water  and food resources. So we wouldn't die of hungrier or thirst.  If some a new germs that can kill us, comes we can go to a doctor to get medicine that kills all the bad germs. But we would have to find a place for safety if we get over taken. But we would have a blood battle if people try to take over. We might run out of food or water, so peopple well start to fight and people would die.
